What is a Direct Bank Transfer?

A Direct Bank Transfer is a cashout method that allows you to receive your winnings by having them credited directly to your bank account.

How can I make cashouts from PokerStars using Direct Bank Transfer?

All you need to do is initiate your cashout from the PokerStars Cashier. Once you have entered the amount you would like to withdraw, simply choose the 'Direct Bank Transfer' option on the Cash Out screen. You will then be asked to enter information about your bank account. Once you have done this, you will be requested to confirm your bank account information before we submit your request for processing.

Please be aware that the registered bank account holder must be the same as the PokerStars account holder.

Please note that it will take up to 72 hours for PokerStars to send your cashout for processing. Once your Direct Bank Transfer has been processed, it may take 2-5 business days to appear on your bank statement.

How does the exchange rate conversion work?

When you request your cashout, we convert your funds from your wallet currency and credit the equivalent amount to your bank account. The currency that will be credited to your bank account will be displayed on the Cash Out screen in the PokerStars Cashier. PokerStars uses Reuters exchange rates to convert funds to your withdrawal currency. PokerStars does not charge a conversion fee!

What are Direct Bank Transfer Limits?

Currently the Direct Bank Transfer cashout limits for Finland, Greece, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, and Sweden are:
  • US $10 - minimum cashout
  • US $49,999 - maximum cashout
  • Maximum of 1 transfer per 24 hours

What will it cost me to do a Direct Bank Transfer at PokerStars?

There are no fees for using Direct Bank Transfers at PokerStars. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their bank. For more information on your bank's policy concerning fees for receiving Direct Bank Transfers, please contact your bank directly.
