ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

General description of our service and operation

Through our websites and mobile applications, we provide gambling services to customers. Depending on the territory in which the customer is located and the gambling licence we hold, we might offer different games (such as casino, poker, sports betting, and/or bingo).

We are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all our users. We strive to continually improve our user experience and apply the relevant accessibility standards in the provision of our service.

How we meet accessibility requirements

We have implemented the following measures to ensure the accessibility of our service to our customers:

  • web pages convey information and relationships through proper structure that assistive technologies can understand;
  • content has a meaningful reading sequence that can be determined programmatically;
  • input fields collecting user data include purpose identification for assistive technologies;
  • text spacing supports user-defined adjustments without breaking the layout or content;
  • pages include descriptive titles relevant to their topic or purpose;
  • pages are navigable by keyboard without trapping the user focus;
  • labels for user interface components include the visible text, improving voice control;
  • the primary language of each page and its parts can be programmatically determined;
  • status messages can be detected by assistive technologies without requiring user focus.

Compliance status

We have conducted an accessibility assessment and we constantly work towards identifying areas of improvement of the accessibility of our websites and mobile applications.

The websites (and their mobile applications) were tested for compliance with the harmonised European standard Accessibility Requirements for ICT Products and Services (based on Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 and EN 301 549 v3.2.1) in June 2025.

The test was carried out by Deloitte Digital using a sample of pages. Testing tools used included Siteimprove, Google Lighthouse, MAUVE++, as well as keyboard-only navigation.

Third party content and functionality

We may make use of third-party resources that embed content on our website, such as live video streams, casino and gaming modules, or real-time betting widgets. Wherever possible, we will ensure these are conformant.
