How does self-exclusion work?

During a self-exclusion period:

• You can log in to your account
• You can make withdrawals
• You cannot play games or make other transactions
• You will be unregistered from tournaments starting during the period
• You will not receive marketing emails or newsletters

Once you confirm a self-exclusion, it cannot be reversed.

 

What is different about the self-exclusion for six months?

The six-month self-exclusion does not expire automatically.

After the six-month period ends:

2. Ask to remove the exclusion

Your account will remain restricted until this request is completed.
